Love it when an almost bad review turns into a glowing review! My softener install turned into be too complex for the initial team that came out. When I complained, Dustin, one of the owners, personally came out and made it right. This is the type of service and attention we all love and appreciate from small businesses. Pure Southern Water definitely earned my support and referrals! Five stars! Oh and we love our soft water and RO system. No more yucky chlorine smell from the shower water either. Well worth it!

These guys are great. As one of their "problem" customers. I will say these guys have made every effort to take care of our problems. Let me first say that our water issue has been a tough one to figure out. Dustin and Drake have been very responsive, courteous, prompt, and professional in trying to get our water to be usable. They are personable enough and care enough about getting it right that I can call them anytime if I have an issue. Believe me I have. But we also have a really unique water issue. So we have done a lot of trial and error and Dustin, Drake and all the techs have been great. After having to get our water to be usable I would say these guys can help out anyone that has water issues. Marla came out and did a fantastic and quite scary evaluation of our current water. We decided to get both the drinking water filter and the whole house filter and couldn’t be happier. Already saving money by not having to use as much hand soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc.Ian installed everything and was great. We have had a lot of issues with our water . Pure Southern Water guys have been very good trying to figure out what filters were needed. Initially the first recommendation didn’t work but they have diligently and professionally worked to resolve our issue. Amazing company! I've been looking for this type of service for 15 years! Seriously, it's so hard to find anyone who knows about truly clean water both for residential and commercial spaces. I've used them for my whole house filter, and our organic farm to table cafes - Moringa Tree in White House TN. I would completely recommend them.
