Be patient. Although these guys work miracles on your water system, it doesn't happen overnight. Everyone I encountered, from the office person who fielded my first call to the installers to the field guy (who just left my house after our one month follow up) EVERY ONE was courteous and professional. I would absolutely recommend Pure Southern Water for your lousy tasting, yucky, hard water needs.

Love it when an almost bad review turns into a glowing review! My softener install turned into be too complex for the initial team that came out. When I complained, Dustin, one of the owners, personally came out and made it right. This is the type of service and attention we all love and appreciate from small businesses. Pure Southern Water definitely earned my support and referrals! Five stars! Oh and we love our soft water and RO system. No more yucky chlorine smell from the shower water either. Well worth it!

These guys are great. As one of their "problem" customers. I will say these guys have made every effort to take care of our problems. Let me first say that our water issue has been a tough one to figure out. Dustin and Drake have been very responsive, courteous, prompt, and professional in trying to get our water to be usable. They are personable enough and care enough about getting it right that I can call them anytime if I have an issue. Believe me I have. But we also have a really unique water issue. So we have done a lot of trial and error and Dustin, Drake and all the techs have been great. After having to get our water to be usable I would say these guys can help out anyone that has water issues.
